Terms of Service

Please read my TOS before commissioning me!1. I have every right to decline a commission if it goes against: my TOS, I am uncomfortable with the subject matter, or offensive.2. Please be sure to let me know during the sketch phase if any changes are needed.3. I work on commissions as I can as my workflow is sporadic.4. Turnaround time is roughly 3 weeks from the date the commission payment goes through, but could take longer depending on the commission type or outside factors. If that's the case, I will contact you.5. Please provide a proper ref of your character (flat colors preferred, if not, a color key is fine). I will not accept full art of your character that doesn't display all their features as a reference! I will also not accept AI generated "art" as a direct reference.6. Upon completion, you will receive the following: the full res art, and a watermarked version.7. You may only repost the watermarked version of your commission. Please credit me if you do!8. Please don't contact me on a daily basis, I have a time-frame I work by (see #4 above) so please be courteous and understanding.9. Contact me before reposting commissioned artwork from me on monetized platforms.10. I do not support Ai "art", NFT or Crypto and if I find that you have used my artworks in any of these, you will be blacklisted.11. ADOPTS - If you buy an adopt from me, you may not resell it for more than what you paid me for the adopt. Always credit me even if you edit the character.12. Rights - I as the artist reserves the rights to any of the artwork made and can be used to sell prints. The client is obligated to let me know whether or not the art can be used in that regard or published. The client can also edit the artwork however they please but they still need to credit me.Will NOT Draw- Any Fetish material
- Self harm, Suicide, Sexual assault, Hate Crimes, Death
- Anything Political
- Guns
- Cars and other vehicles
- NSFWWILL Draw- Most animal species, original species, fan characters, etc.- Fan-Art
- Mechanical body parts
- LGBTQ+ themes
- Violence, blood, gore (Minimal)
- Clothes and Armor
- Weapons

Payment

1. I only accept USD for payment. Paypal converts it.2. I use Paypal Invoices for commissions, if this doesn't work for you, we can discuss other methods.3. Payment is upfront except with custom designs; these will be discussed as we go through the design. Options are: Paypal or Ko-Fi4. I will provide a wip of your commission within 1-2 weeks or less from the payment date unless otherwise specified, please do not reach out to me until at least 1 week of no contact.5. Please inform me during the commission request process before payment if there is a deadline, and allow at least 1 week prior to the deadline for me to work on your commission.6. I will not refund any part of your payment once the sketch has been approved.- If I take longer than the usual time frame, A refund may be request.- A Refund will be partial depending on the stage of which the art is at.- If I haven't started on your piece, a full refund will be given.Please reach out to me if you have any questions about my above policies!
